Justin is the energy behind Seabrook VM, blending sharp strategy with a deep love for hospitality. He helps property owners boost bookings, maximize revenue, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences—transforming short-term rentals into standout stays.

A graduate of Arkansas State University and proud twin dad, Justin balances business with adventure. Whether he’s kayaking, playing disc golf, or on the pickleball court, his competitive spirit fuels his hands-on, results-driven approach to co-hosting.

Based in Huntsville, AL, he brings Southern warmth and cutting-edge tactics to every property. From refining listings to guest communication, Justin is always ready to go the extra mile.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him with Leslie, their twins, and their golden retriever, Jazzy. He’s also a breakfast guy—ask him about the best French toast, and he’ll have a passionate recommendation.

While Justin brings the voice and vision to Seabrook VM, Leslie is the engine behind it all. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of guest experience, she oversees operations, vendor coordination, listing strategy, and marketing with seamless precision. Her background in customer service and design helps turn ordinary rentals into memorable stays.

Leslie manages the daily complexities of Seabrook VM while also raising twin toddlers—balancing both worlds with patience, creativity, and grace. Off the clock, you’ll find her at Burn Boot Camp, planning beach trips, or scouting out the next hidden gem to inspire future guest experiences.

Leslie and Justin have been a team since their teenage years, and together, they’ve poured their heart into building Seabrook VM into something truly personal. For Leslie, this business is more than a brand—it’s a reflection of passion, hard work, and a belief that the best hospitality starts behind the scenes.
